All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the handcrafted nature of our Tribal Culture products, please allow a minimum of 10-12 business days for your order to be shipped.
2. Shipping Time
- After processing, shipping times may vary based on your location. On average, you can expect delivery within 6-8 business days. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

Certain ceramic products are fulfilled through third-party drop shipping partners. Delivery for these items may require 12–20 business days. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Free Shipping for Indian Orders
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders with Indian pin codes. Simply enter your delivery address during checkout to take advantage of this offer.
4. Shipping Rates for International Orders
For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
